Can you see the women in their colourful clothes carrying baskets of gravel on their heads?
(The questions have to be around the speed with which India can afford to move toward a middle class economy. If you were to provide 'bobcats' and 'front end loaders' to do these tasks how will these workers maintain a sense of purpose and/or draw an income?)
